Privacy policy

Effective 26 July 2026

Scope

This policy explains how KYCBit handles information when you browse kycbit.com, contact us or submit a casino experience.

Information we may receive

We may process contact details, newsletter email addresses, report text, technical logs and evidence you deliberately submit. Do not provide account passwords, seed phrases, full identity documents or unnecessary personal information.

Why information is used

Information may be used to operate and secure the site, send requested email updates, moderate submissions, verify claims, respond to requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Email list

When you join the KYCBit list, we store the normalized email address, subscription status, signup source and consent timestamps in a Cloudflare D1 database. The address is used for KYCBit updates and is not sold. You can unsubscribe through an email link or request removal at support@kycbit.com.

Player experience submissions

Casino reports are stored in Cloudflare D1 with the selected casino, rating, KYC outcome, withdrawal timing, report text, contact email, consent time and moderation status. Submissions remain private by default. Approved reports may be published in redacted form, but contact details are never intended for publication.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page usage. Google and Cloudflare may process device, request and usage information under their respective service terms. The site does not require a KYCBit account for ordinary browsing.

Retention and rights

Information is retained only as needed for its stated purpose, dispute handling, security and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
