Start with the casino's formal complaint process. Provide a dated timeline and requested resolution, then use the named regulator or ADR route if one exists and the internal process is exhausted.
Create one evidence timeline
List registration, deposits, wagers, withdrawal requests, KYC submissions and support responses in order. Include amounts, assets, networks, case IDs and transaction hashes where relevant.
Keep original files privately and share redacted copies. Do not publish identity documents, wallet recovery data or unrelated account balances.
Use the formal operator process
State the disputed action, the term you believe applies and the remedy requested. Ask for a final written response rather than opening several disconnected chats.
Give the operator a reasonable opportunity to investigate while preserving any published response period.
Identify a real external route
The applicable licence and entity determine whether a regulator, ADR provider or other body can consider the dispute. Verify that route through the authority itself.
Some bodies handle regulatory intelligence but do not recover individual funds. Read the scope before sending sensitive material.
Publishing a player report
A public report should distinguish documented events from interpretation. Include the operator's response and update the report if a payment or final decision arrives.
KYCBit moderates submissions and labels whether supporting evidence was privately checked. Publication does not establish a legal finding.
